Haven Board of Supervisors awards bid of  to Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation of St. Cloud, MN.

The road project will begin this (  September 2024 )  fall and be complete in 2025.   Please note the project areas below and expect traffic delay and limited access durning the overlay period.

 Haven will also be placing road restrictions on the new surface to protect the new surface from Heavy Truck use.  This will be sent as alert and also posted on the entrance to each area.  Fines will be levied to any vehicle that damages the new road due.

Please be cautious and safe as crews are working.
