Topic: Traffic Counters to be placed on 16th Ave SE July 8th
Why ?
As part of the City of St Cloud’s upcoming Heatherwood Rd Extension Project, we are having a consultant perform a required noise analysis. This analysis includes collecting traffic information and setting up noise receptors within a ½ mile radius, of which 16th Ave SE falls within. St. Cloud City staff plans to set up a traffic counter in the area that is within the buffer zone to collect existing traffic data. It is anticipated that this would be placed on 7/8 and collect data for a week, after which our staff would collect the equipment. Then at a later date (currently anticipated to be in August), our consultant will set up noise receptors in this area to collect data. Please see the map that shows the area in question.
